Please fill out to the best of your ability with as much detail as possible.

Deposit
-Your date will be held for 2 weeks after final price has been given, after that time please double check if the date is still available before you pay your deposit.

PLEASE EMAIL ONCE DEPOSIT HAS BEEN SENT TO CONFIRM BOOKING.

-Deposits are none transferrable and none refundable.

Liability
-Once your cake has left Scrumbcakes premises we are no longer liable for any damages including those cause by adverse weather.

Final Payment
-Final payment can be made in either cash or bank transfer, but must be made before the cake leaves the premises.
Once you have read through everything please sign and date to confirm you acknowledge our terms and conditions.
