THE STORY OF SCRUMBCAKES EST 2014

I have always been creative minded, always drawing or creating something, and then my mum introduced me to baking, its safe to say I have come a long way from the packet mixes with the watery icing and wafer Tom and Jerry characters! But even from such a young age I always knew I wanted to do something with food, at one point I even considered being a chef! But my love for baking took over.

Then one day I challenged myself to make a decorated birthday cake for a friend. It was harder than I ever imagined but the sense of pride I got when I saw that final product was worth it. And from there my passion took off and Scrumbcakes was set up a little over a year later. 

When im not busy creating you can usually find me with a hot cup of tea, curled up with my little pup Indie.
